These terms and conditions are applicable to user/s who are accessing our website.. You are bound to these terms and conditions if you are placing an order here, which means accepting all terms outlined here and in other sections.

Return (Exchange, Refund, Repair):
You must submit an online request by logging into your account for return, cancellation & exchange.
- Once a request is approved you may ship items to us.
- Once an order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order.
- Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of placing an order where the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for both sending and receiving goods. Item must be in its original packaging, unused and in a sale-able condition for refund. It is our discretion to inspect the item and deny its refund/exchange. All returns for refund are subject to 10% restocking fee.
- Products which are on sale or clearance are not eligible for return/exchange/refund unless we ship the wrong item.
- Shipping is not refundable in any situation.
- We are not responsible if an item is lost during shipping. It is customer responsibility to track delivery via UPS/Fedex/USPS..
- Custom item is non-returnable or exchangeable which includes knocked/Sealed/Oiled bats or any other items where custom order was placed.
- All refunds will be processed using the same payment method which was used in the original purchase of your order.
Product Warranty
We want to remain fair with product warranty knowing most of the products are manufactured globally and imported into the USA. It is difficult to honor product warranty from manufacture due to long haul shipping where shipping may surpass product cost.
We offer limited warranty against faults that could be due to manufacturing (Very Rare) or defects for a period of 30 days after the date order was purchased online. All products that we sell are genuinely procured through original manufacture, any defective product upon inspection by us can be replaced for free. We own the discretion of declaring any product to be defective, we will try our best to facilitate in this situation. Shipping is the responsibility of customer in the case of warranty claim.
Only cricket bats are covered for warranty as explained above and sale of proof is must for the product that was purchased, warranty period doesn’t cover the following:
- Cracks in the wood
- Damaged toe, edges or swallow wood anywhere on the bat
- Cost of Labor
- Post-sales Knocked bats & used
- Any damage during shipping of goods or missing goods
- Bats used against bowling machines
- Labor
- Not ready to play bats due to insufficient knocking-in
- Damage due to poor quality balls which are usually very hard with less cork inside.
If you return an item with the claim of defect, we will inspect the product and inform about acceptance of refund. We follow strict quality checks before shipping anything that’s why it is up-to our discretion to accept or deny defective refund.
We cover the following within 30 days of purchase which is outside of the manufacturing defect explained above.
- Bats with broken or loose handles
Shipping in all cases is the responsibility of the buyer (Customer), labor cost for fixing the bat handle is $75 and buyer (customer) is responsible for the cost.
Price Match Guarantee
What can we match?
We will match the price plus we will discount it by 5% of the difference on genuine, identical (Model, Year, Specification, Barcode) items which are in stock. You will need to show us online competitor pricing as a proof which doesn’t cover on floor items and this only applies to brand new and unopened products which also includes the seal of a cricket bat.
Terms for Price Match
- Order needs to be shipped within major states (USA) and provinces (Canada).
- Request is being made for item/s listed on the website before purchase and order has to be placed on-line.
- Price match is not applicable to wide range product trading websites like Amazon, eBay or similar.
- Price match is not applicable to competitor clearance or on sale items.
- It is our discretion to accept price match requests and it is only applicable to online web sites operating in the USA or Canada.
- There is no free shipping, no return, no exchange for item/s where we match the price.

American Cricket Store are trademarks that cannot be used by any other individual, business, non-profit organization for any means. All other trademarks used, which are not owned by us are property of respective owners/manufacturers who may or may not be affiliated with us.

We will use email as a preferred method of communication with you, all other electronic methods of communication like notices, disclosures, Banners and other not listed electronic methods satisfy any legal requirements that such communication be in writing.
We cannot assure that email communication sourced from us will be virus free or harmful components to its consuming user. Same rule applies to our website as we cant guarantee it to be virus free. Any damage caused by our email or website, We will not be liable for any damages caused including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or periodic damages.
Your Account at Our Website
It’s your responsibility to safeguard an account that has been created at our website for purchasing goods. Safeguard means securing account details like username, password and any other personal information. We can terminate any accounts, refuse any service, edit content of accounts or cancel orders for any under 18 user who is authorized to use our website with guardian or parent involvement.
Payment/Order Cancellation
Full payment must be received for the goods including GST and shipping before order can be accepted and shipped.
Once an order is submitted, we will send an acknowledgement email, but that email doesn’t mean that order is accepted by us as all orders are subject to later acceptance. We will confirm acceptance with dispatch details via email which is when the contract starts between us and the buyer.
We have the full right to cancel your order if there is a payment issue, out of stock items, delivery issues or any other not listed that could be human error driven.
Reviews/Content/Description
We can change good/s prices, specifications, shipping methods etc. of products listed on our website, this doesn’t require any user notification. We shall have no liability if someone makes a misleading or fake representation of us leading towards sale, terms & conditions or any related matter pretending to be business terms.
We have the full right to modify, publish or delete any reviews on our website due to the nature of content which may not be appropriate or applicable for the public audience. If you post reviews, you grant us full permission to use or further publish this on any social media websites like Facebook, Twitter etc. for marketing purposes. We don’t take any responsibility whatsoever or liability for any content posted by you or any 3rd party.
