Return (Exchange, Refund, Repair):
You must submit an online request by logging into your account for return, cancellation & exchange.
- Once a request is approved you may ship items to us.
- Once an order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order.
- Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of placing an order where the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for both sending and receiving goods. Item must be in its original packaging, unused and in a sale-able condition for refund. It is our discretion to inspect the item and deny its refund/exchange. All returns for refund are subject to 10% restocking fee.
- Products which are on sale or clearance are not eligible for return/exchange/refund unless we ship the wrong item.
- Shipping is not refundable in any situation.
- We are not responsible if an item is lost during shipping. It is customer responsibility to track delivery via UPS/Fedex/USPS..
- Custom item is non-returnable or exchangeable which includes knocked/Sealed/Oiled bats or any other items where custom order was placed.
- All refunds will be processed using the same payment method which was used in the original purchase of your order.
